RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have every confidence that you will love your Honey & Jam products.
If for any reason you would like to make a return or exchange we are happy accept them within 2 days providing the items remain unused and are in their original packaging.
The customer is charged QAR 30 if Honey and Jam arrange a courier collection of a returned item.
Any items for return need to be approved and confirmed before a refund is processed. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.
Please note that any purchases made when items are in a sale and discounted are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes for any sale or discounted purchases.
